Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Night Shift (US Based Operations)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee the financial operations of our US-based business. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of financial management, reporting, and strategic financial planning. Expertise in QuickBooks, Odoo, and Zoho Books is mandatory, as the CFO will manage all financial systems, ensuring accurate records and driving financial growth.

Working Hours:
9:00 PM to 5:00 AM (Pakistan Time) – aligned with US business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy, including long-term financial goals and budgeting.
• Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage financial forecasting, cash flow, and financial risk analysis.
• Supervise accounting and financial reporting functions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Lead the implementation and optimization of accounting software, including QuickBooks, Odoo, and Zoho Books.
• Ensure internal controls and accounting policies are strictly followed.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions to manage audits, taxes, and external financial reporting.
• Analyze company performance and recommend improvements for operational efficiency and profitability.
• Lead and mentor a team of accountants and financial analysts.
• Monitor business and market trends to advise on investment and growth opportunities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (7+ years) as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role.
• Expertise in using QuickBooks, Odoo, and Zoho Books for financial management.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting, financial analysis, and strategic planning.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CFA/CPA/ACCA preferred).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Ability to work independently with a focus on detail and accuracy.
• Experience working night shifts to align with US business hours.
