Strategic leadership:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that support overall business objectives. Advise the executive management team on organizational and management issues. Talent management:
  • Create and manage strategies for recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent. Implement performance management programs and develop succession plans. Compensation and benefits:
  • Evaluate and manage compensation and benefits plans to be fiscally responsible and competitive. Employee relations and culture:
  • Foster positive employee relations and build an inclusive company culture. Implement wellness initiatives and other programs to improve employee well-being and engagement. Compliance and governance:
  • Ensure all HR practices comply with relevant labor laws and regulations. Organizational development:
  • Oversee change management and help shape the organizational structure to support business strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
  • A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in managing teams, projects, and individuals is essential.
  • Extensive, in-depth knowledge of all HR functions
