Khazna was founded in 2019 with a mission to improve the financial well-being of the underbanked, who have little access to formal financial services by providing access to convenient, effective, and secure smartphone-based financial services. Khazna has received the Central Bank of Egypt’s first prepaid card license and aims to become the go-to specialized bank for underbanked mid-to-low-income consumers across the Middle East. In the next phase of its journey, Khazna is looking to continue scaling up its operations in Egypt and to launch its operations in Saudi Arabia.

Job Description


We’re seeking a visionary Talent Acquisition Manager to be at the heart of our growth story. You’ll develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies that align with our goals and culture, directly impacting our success by attracting, recruiting, and retaining top talent across all levels. Leading all employer branding activities, you’ll ensure we are recognized as an employer of choice, driving our mission forward with a dynamic and proactive approach.


What'll you do?

  • Develop and implement effective policies and processes for the talent acquisition function.

  • Stay updated with market trends to ensure competitive positioning in talent acquisition.

  • Enhance and maintain the company’s employer brand to attract top talent.

  • Plan and execute participation in job fairs and recruitment events.

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill roles.

  • Regularly review KPIs to assess and improve recruitment effectiveness.

  • Create and manage dashboards to track recruitment metrics and performance.

  • Identify and attract candidates who fit the company culture.

  • Bring in talent that will drive and accelerate the company’s growth.

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates when needed.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and timelines.

  • Create a positive candidate experience.


Qualifications


  • Hungry, Humble, and People smart

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience in Tech is preferred.

  • Certification in psychometric Assessments is a Plus.

  • Experience in employer branding and participating in job fairs.

  • Demonstrated ability to set and manage recruitment KPIs and dashboards.

  • Experience in building and managing talent pipelines for critical roles.

  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
