Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being by attracting top talent that aligns with our values and organizational goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract diverse talent across various platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide support in fulfilling them.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reporting to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
  • Promote company culture and employer branding through effective communication and engagement initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment channels and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
