  • Create job postings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
  • Source potential candidates from various online channels, e.g. social media and professional platforms.
  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
  • Schedule and conduct initial screening telephone interviews and/or face-to-face interviews.
  • Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinate with them for interviews with prospective applicants.
  • Administer professional tests to prospective applicants
  • Conduct background and reference checks.
  • Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
  • Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately
  • Ensure the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process.
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
  • Create and monitor key HR metrics and reports, including time to fill, time to hire and source of hire.
  • Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events.
  • Promote the Company image to candidates and external service providers and ensures that the Company is represented in the most appropriate way.
  • Provide support to the full spectrum of HR functions as assigned.


Our requirements:

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR, preferably in Talent Acquisition or a similar HR role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (additional HR education or certification is a strong advantage).
  • Familiarity with medium to large organizations and matrix structures.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, employee engagement, and people management practices.
  • High sense of ownership, flexibility, and adaptability to change.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer and results-oriented, with a proactive “can-do” mindset.
