Job Overview

The Personnel Specialist plays a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations, maintaining compliance, and supporting employees throughout their journey. You will manage HR documentation, employee relations, office administration, and procurement while contributing to a productive and positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee relations, attendance, vacations, and HR requests.

  • Maintain proper application of HR policies and procedures.


  • Prepare and update HR reports, records, and databases.

  • Handle contracts, HR letters, loans, custodies, and resignation processes.
  • Coordinate with employees regarding personnel matters and special requests.
  • Oversee purchasing of office equipment, furniture, and monthly supplies.
  • Manage procurement of gifts, giveaways, and company materials.


  • Supervise office boys and receptionist activities.


  • Handle external missions and administrative tasks.


  • Perform daily, monthly, and annual personnel and administrative cycles efficiently.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0 - 1 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and employee relations.
  • Solid organizational, multitasking, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR database tools.
