Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) will be a business-oriented and growth-oriented HR leader to lead the HR function as a proactive and strategic business partner to the CEO, broader senior management team, and Palladium Equity (?financial sponsor?). This position will build and develop a world-class HR function while being strategic, hands-on, collaborative, and comfortable driving change.
The CHRO be charged with setting the direction and serving as a trusted advisor to the firm?s leadership on all aspects of human capital management. The CHRO will be responsible for the firm?s human resources strategies, for providing an enterprise perspective of talent and people systems, and to ensure all HR and talent initiatives are aligned with Accupac?s strategic objectives to ensure client, leadership, and employee needs are met with speed and ease.
