Job Overview

DM Developments Qatar is seeking a visionary and experienced Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead the company’s technology strategy and digital transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for a senior IT leader with expertise in enterprise systems, innovation, and organizational technology management.

The CIO will be responsible for overseeing IT operations, aligning technology with business goals, and driving digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute IT strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, systems, and digital platforms.
• Lead digital transformation and innovation initiatives.
• Ensure cybersecurity, data integrity, and compliance.
• Manage IT budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive technology-enabled growth.
• Monitor emerging technologies and implement best practices.
• Lead and develop IT teams and organizational capabilities.
• Support strategic planning and operational efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Proven experience in IT leadership or executive roles.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise systems, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
