Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the organization’s overall IT and digital strategy
• Lead enterprise architecture, infrastructure, and systems modernization
• Oversee cybersecurity, risk management, and data governance frameworks
• Drive cloud transformation, AI integration, and advanced analytics adoption
• Manage large-scale IT budgets, vendors, and global technology partners
• Ensure system scalability, reliability, and business continuity
• Align technology initiatives with business growth and operational goals
• Lead and mentor high-performing IT, engineering, and security teams
• Establish digital innovation standards across all departments
• Advise executive leadership on emerging technologies and industry trends

Required Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of experience in IT leadership, enterprise technology, or digital strategy
• Proven track record as CIO, CTO, IT Director, or similar executive role
• Strong expertise in enterprise systems, cloud platforms, and IT governance
• Deep knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and risk management
• Experience leading large-scale digital transformation programs
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and executive communication skills
• Ability to translate business vision into scalable technology architecture
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field

Preferred Experience

• Background in multinational corporations, consulting firms, or large enterprises
• Experience in fintech, government, energy, or enterprise technology sectors
• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, ITIL, and modern delivery frameworks
• Experience leading multicultural and geographically distributed teams
