Advokatipz Legal Doha is seeking a highly accomplished and strategic Chief Legal Officer to lead our legal operations and provide expert guidance across all areas of the organization. This is a senior leadership role suited for a forward-thinking legal professional who thrives in a dynamic, high-level environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all legal matters, ensuring compliance with local and international laws and regulations
• Provide strategic legal advice to executive leadership and stakeholders
• Lead contract negotiations, risk management, and corporate governance initiatives
• Manage and mentor the legal team, fostering a culture of excellence and integrity
• Represent the company in legal proceedings and maintain relationships with external counsel

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree; licensed to practice law
• Minimum of 10+ years of legal experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Strong expertise in corporate law, regulatory compliance, and risk management
• Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proven ability to lead teams and influence executive decision-making
