Job Description

Role Summary

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Corporate Talent Acquisition Lead to spearhead our efforts in sourcing and securing exceptional talent for key corporate roles. This pivotal position will play a critical role in shaping the future of our corporate workforce, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals and culture. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the talent landscape, demonstrate innovative recruitment strategies, and drive measurable outcomes that enhance our corporate capabilities.

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop Corporate Talent Acquisition Strategy:

    Create and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy focused on attracting top talent for key corporate functions.

Market Research and Analysis:

    Conduct ongoing market research to identify industry trends, competitor practices, and emerging talent pools to support strategic hiring.

Collaborate with Stakeholders:

    Partner closely with senior leadership and departmental heads to understand specific talent needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.

Enhance Employer Branding:

    Drive initiatives to strengthen our employer brand, positioning the organization as an employer of choice for corporate roles through targeted marketing and engagement efforts.

Optimize Candidate Experience:

    Design and implement a seamless recruitment process that provides a positive candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring journey.

Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives:

    Lead efforts to ensure diverse hiring practices for corporate roles, fostering an inclusive workplace that reflects a variety of perspectives and experiences.

Measure and Report Outcomes:

    Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of corporate talent acquisition strategies and regularly report findings to senior leadership.

Job Specifications:

    Proven experience in talent acquisition with a strong focus on corporate hiring, demonstrating a successful track record of filling key roles across diverse corporate functions.
    In-depth knowledge of corporate competencies, assessment techniques, and best practices in talent acquisition.
    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    Experience leveraging recruitment technologies and data analytics to drive decision-making and optimize recruitment processes.
