Chief Marketing Officer

Our client, a multi-brand iGaming operator are looking to strengthen their C-level Suite with this hire!

For this role, they are looking for a hands-on CMO to lead the marketing strategy, scale the team, and take the brands to the next level. The right candidate is someone with previous experience around all marketing channels, including traditional and web3 oriented ones.

What You’ll Do:

• Own and oversee execution of full-funnel marketing strategy across digital, Telegram, influencer marketing, affiliates, and traditional channels.
• Build and lead a high-performing, growing marketing team.
• Partner with content creators, ambassadors, and affiliates to drive acquisition and retention.
• Create innovative, data-driven campaigns that scale globally.
• Blend community-driven marketing with measurable ROI.
• Manage significant marketing budgets.

What They're Looking For:

• 6+ years in senior iGaming Marketing roles.
• Hands-on experience with Telegram marketing, influencer programs, and ambassador campaigns.
• Proven ability to build and lead teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong performance marketing and analytics skills.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
• Are based in Dubai or interested in relocating there.
