A leading healthcare organization is seeking a highly experienced Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to lead clinical operations and ensure excellence in patient care.

🔹 Job Purpose

To provide medical leadership, ensure the highest standards of clinical quality and patient safety, and align medical strategies with organizational goals and growth plans.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all clinical departments and medical staff
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards (CBAHI, MOH, etc.)
• Develop and implement clinical policies, protocols, and best practices
• Monitor clinical performance, patient outcomes, and quality indicators
• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning
• Lead recruitment, credentialing, and evaluation of medical staff
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and patient-centered care
• Support medical operations across multiple services (Radiology, Laboratory, Clinics, Home Care)

🔹 Qualifications

• Medical Doctor (MD or equivalent)
• Valid Saudi license (SCFHS)
• Board Certification in a relevant specialty
• Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field is preferred

🔹 Experience

• 10–15 years of clinical experience
• Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role (Medical Director / CMO)
• Experience in multi-specialty healthcare settings

• Strategic thinking and healthcare management expertise
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations in Saudi Arabia
