Role Overview
The Chief Marketing Officer will lead the organization’s marketing strategy, brand positioning, and digital transformation agenda. This role is responsible for driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand equity across all channels, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and market expansion plans.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the overall marketing and brand strategy aligned with business growth objectives

Lead digital transformation initiatives, including performance marketing, e-commerce, and data-driven campaigns

Drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value optimization

Oversee brand positioning, communications, and public relations to enhance market presence

Manage and optimize marketing budgets and ROI across all channels

Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, including digital, content, and brand functions

Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Operations to ensure integrated go-to-market strategies

Utilize analytics and insights to drive data-driven decision-making

Establish partnerships with agencies, media, and key stakeholders
Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 12–15+ years of experience in marketing
,
with at least 5+ years in a leadership role (CMO / Director level)

Proven experience in brand building and digital marketing transformation

Strong background in performance marketing, digital channels, and customer acquisition strategies

Experience within Retail, FMCG, Media, or high-growth sectors is highly preferred

Demonstrated success in scaling brands and driving revenue growth

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus)
