Requirements

We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Chief of Staff to work closely with the leadership team in driving business growth, GTM strategies, and data-driven decision-making. This role is ideal for a professional with strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset who wants to operate at the intersection of business, operations, and execution. The Chief of Staff will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, ensuring alignment across teams, optimizing execution of key initiatives, and delivering insights that drive measurable outcomes.

This is a high-visibility role offering exposure to strategic planning, GTM execution, operational excellence, and leadership collaboration. The role requires a proactive individual who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & GTM Execution
    • Support leadership in defining and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new products, services, and markets.
    • Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure GTM plans are aligned and executed effectively.
    • Track progress against strategic objectives and report outcomes to senior stakeholders.
  • Business Analytics & Insights
    • Use analytics and data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities, performance gaps, and process improvements.
    • Build dashboards, reports, and performance scorecards to monitor KPIs across GTM and operational functions.
    • Conduct deep-dive analyses on sales performance, market penetration, customer acquisition, and retention metrics.
  • Leadership Support & Stakeholder Management
    • Partner closely with the CEO/leadership team in managing priorities, decision-making, and communication.
    • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, ensuring accountability and timely execution of business-critical projects.
    • Act as a liaison between leadership and internal/external stakeholders to streamline workflows and communication.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Drive special projects such as market entry initiatives, process improvements, and partnership evaluations.
    • Establish frameworks to improve meeting efficiency, reporting structures, and leadership reviews.
    • Ensure smooth coordination of executive activities, planning sessions, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Change & Growth Enablement
    • Support organizational transformation by aligning resources and processes with business priorities.
    • Assist in scaling business operations with structured processes, playbooks, and best practices.
    • Provide thought leadership on growth strategies, competitive benchmarking, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2+ years of professional experience, ideally in consulting, strategy, analytics, or business operations.
  • Strong knowledge of GTM strategies, analytics, and business planning.
  • Proficiency with data tools such as Excel, Power BI, or SQL for business analytics and reporting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex problems and deliver actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • High adaptability, organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
