Your role
Undertaking the day to day management of the team. Responsible for communication of pricing to all customers and the production of weekly reports. Analysing the credit risk to business ensuring that our accounts are managed timely and appropriate.
What you'll be doing
Manage people-related matters, including coordination with HR, leadership teams, and talent initiatives.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with MD on strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Project Management: Drive execution of MD’s cross-functional projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and impact measurement.
People Operations: Partner with HR and functional leaders to address people-related issues, employee engagement, and organizational development.
Executive Support: Manage MD’s calendar, coordinate meetings, prepare briefing materials, and ensure MD is fully prepared for all engagements.
Cross-functional Coordination: Bridge communication between teams to ensure smooth flow of information and decision-making.
Business Insights: Support MD with data analysis, reporting, and insights to drive decision-making in the fintech domain.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive business and people-related matters with the highest discretion.
Experience And Key Skills:
Proven experience (8–12 years) in consulting, strategy, operations, or Chief of Staff/Executive Office roles, ideally within fintech or financial services.
