Our Client is a leading Telecom Company having more than 300 stores across various states of USA.

Role Overview:

We are hiring a strong execution-focused General Manager / Chief of Staff to act as the CEO’s operational proxy. This role owns execution across HR, Finance, Operations, and Compliance and ensures company-wide KPIs are met with accountability and discipline.

This is not an admin or coordination role — it requires authority, ownership, and leadership presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive weekly priorities and KPIs

• Enforce accountability and follow-through

• Flag risks and operational gaps early

• Prepare concise decision briefs

• Act as escalation point for operations

Requirements

• 8–15 years in Operations / General Management

• Experience leading cross-functional teams

• Background in scale-ups, services, or offshore setups

• Strong written and verbal English

• Comfortable challenging senior leadership when required
