Chief of Staff

Job Summary

The Chief of Staff serves as the strategic partner to the Chief Executive Officer, ensuring alignment between Group strategy, subsidiary performance, governance execution, and transformation initiatives.

This role provides structured oversight across all subsidiaries, supports mergers and acquisitions activities, monitors financial and operational performance, and ensures disciplined follow-up of Board and executive decisions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic & Executive Support


• Support the CEO in translating strategic priorities into actionable Group-wide initiatives.

• Prepare executive briefs, strategic analyses, and decision-support materials.

• Ensure alignment between strategy, execution, and measurable outcomes.

2. Group & Subsidiary Oversight


• Monitor financial, operational, and strategic performance across all subsidiaries.

• Track KPIs, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.

• Ensure subsidiaries align with Group governance standards and strategic direction.

3. Governance & Board Coordination


• Coordinate preparation of Board and Committee materials.

• Track implementation of Board resolutions and executive decisions.

• Support Delegation of Authority (DoA) compliance and reporting discipline.

4. Mergers & Acquisitions / Strategic Analysis


• Support evaluation of acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic investments.

• Conduct financial and operational analysis, including due diligence coordination.

• Support post-transaction integration and inorganic growth initiatives.

5. Financial & Risk Monitoring


• Support capital planning and performance review processes.

• Identify performance gaps and emerging risks across the Group.

• Monitor closure of audit findings and compliance matters.

6. Special Strategic Projects


• Lead cross-entity strategic initiatives and transformation programs as directed by the CEO.

• Establish structured follow-up mechanisms to ensure execution discipline.

Qualifications & Experience


• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).

• 10–15 years of experience in strategy, corporate finance, consulting, investment, or senior leadership roles.

• Experience within multi-entity or holding company environments.

• Strong exposure to M&A analysis and governance processes.

Reporting Line

Reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
