With a bold vision for national and global reach, we’re seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) who can turn that vision into operational excellence.

Role Overview:

As our COO, you will be the architect of Biohax Supplements’ execution strategy. You’ll translate founder-led initiatives into high-functioning systems, oversee cross-departmental workflows, and ensure that everything from product development to fulfillment is running like a well-oiled machine. This role is perfect for a seasoned operator who thrives in a fast-paced, founder-driven startup environment and wants to play a critical role in scaling a high-impact wellness brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and optimize operational systems to support company growth across R&D, logistics, marketing, and customer service.

• Coordinate and manage timelines for all key verticals, from product launches to distribution and finance.

• Serve as a key liaison between founders and all departments, ensuring that vision and execution are aligned.

• Oversee vendor relationships, supply chain operations, and regulatory compliance processes.

• Recruit and manage support staff, including project managers and operations personnel.

• Ensure clear SOPs and KPIs are in place to measure and enhance performance at every level.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5–10+ years of experience in operations, preferably in CPG, wellness, or e-commerce.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex project workflows.

• A system-oriented thinker with high attention to detail and strong execution skills.

• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to distill big ideas into actionable steps.

• Experience working directly with founders or entrepreneurs in a high-growth environment.

• Strong familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp).

Nice to Have:

• Experience with dietary supplements or regulated consumer health products.

• Understanding of FDA and FTC guidelines as they pertain to supplement businesses.

• Prior experience taking a startup from early-stage to 8-figure+ revenue.

Compensation: $120,000 – $160,000 base salary, plus equity and performance-based bonuses.
