We Are Hiring – Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Location: Dubai, UAE

A fast-growing hospitality group is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee and scale operations across three restaurant brands. The COO will play a pivotal role in building systems from scratch, stabilizing operations, and driving sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the entire operations of three restaurant brands
• Establish and implement operational systems, SOPs, and performance standards
• Drive sales growth and ensure outlets meet and exceed revenue and profitability targets
• Oversee people management: recruitment, training, performance, and retention strategies
• Optimize supply chain, procurement, and vendor management for efficiency and cost control
• Monitor P&L, control costs, and implement financial discipline across outlets
• Collaborate with marketing teams to build brand presence and increase footfall
• Provide leadership to ensure consistent guest experience and service excellence
• Develop long-term strategies for expansion and scalability

Requirements

• Minimum 10+ years of senior leadership experience in hospitality/F&B multi-brand operations
• Proven track record in building systems and scaling businesses from the ground up
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, profitability management, and industry best practices
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and people management skills
• Strategic thinker with hands-on operational expertise
• Based in UAE or willing to relocate; immediate joiners preferred
