Sales Operations Executive

Sobha Realty is seeking a motivated Sales Operations Executive to join our team. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to our growth by supporting various operational functions and ensuring seamless coordination between sales, interdepartmental teams, and customers.

Skills Required:

- Background in back operations.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to engage effectively with sales, interdepartmental teams, and customers.

- Willingness to work flexibly during weekends/public holidays on a pro-rata basis.

- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to deliver reporting that informs strategic decisions.

- Proficiency in Sales Force/MS Office/CRM tools and other relevant software.

- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate industry.

- Multi-tasking skills and time management skills.

Job Description:

- Assist with lead generation.

- Verify documents/ customer history.

- Observe and highlight any incident of clash

- Generate booking forms, quotations and invoices

- Handle enquiries received from sales / inter department/ customer under assigned TAT

- Follow up with sales/ inter department for unit qualification on aspect of documents and payments.
