We are looking for CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER in our TIRUPPUR / COIMBATORE, 3 STAR HOTEL. The responsibilities shouldered would be technical, commercial, and administrative in nature, including.

Qualification: Any UG / PG / Engineering Graduates + MBA Hotel Management / Hotel industry qualification is added advantage

Gender: Male / Female Candidates

Experience: 15 to 20+ Years of Experience.

Job Location: Tirupur, Tamil Nadu

Job Type: Full Time | Permanent Job

Working Time: 9:30am to 7:00pm

Key Responsibilities of COO

TO BE THE CHANGE AGENT

  • Operational Excellence & Service standards
  • Develop, implement & monitor brand service standards (in Group of Hotels) to ensure consistency in Guest Experience
  • Improve Online ratings, & Strengthen Service Recovery process
  • Daily & Weekly Review Mtgs & Review of MIS w/ Unit Heads
  • Weekly Business Review Mtg & Monthly MIS Review with Mg Director -
  • Property Rounds - w/ Unit Head, HK & Engineers, Managers | upgradation plan -rooms & public areas
  • Monthly Calendar - F&B Promotions, Room offers Review Mtgs -with Digital Mktg Agency
  • Meeting Corporates & Key Clients
  • Build a performance driven culture| half yearly appraisals | reduce attrition & increase retention
  • Create Mission Statement | Focus on Organisation Values | Monthly L&D Calendar Attend TH Mtgs | Introduce Industry Standards
  • Statutory Compliances | Food Safety Standards are met

Profile of COO

  • Experience 15 - 20 years+ in the Hospitality Industry
  • Have worked as Cluster GM | Regional Operations Head |Leadership Roles for a minimum of 5 years in the mid economy chains as Lemon Tree, Fortune, Sarovar,
  • Age Group - 40 + years & have the mindset to work & align with the Owner - (be his Business Partner)
  • Prior experience in Implementing Brand Standards
  • Proven track record in driving Rev PAR, F&B Revenues
  • Designing Guest Service Standards
  • Exposure to Digital Marketing & Revenue Mgnt
  • Financial Management Skills, Guest Centric Approach
  • Change Manager | Strong Communicator |Hands on Leader
  • Languages - English & Hindi - Knowledge of Tamil would be an advantage
  • In Charge of 3 Hotels in the mid economy segment -
  • Reporting - To Managing Director
  • Furnished Accommodation
  • Local travel - Company Car & Petrol Allowance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
