Chief Operating Officer

Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee day-to-day operations of our digital media and advertising business. The COO will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to scale operations, optimize performance, and drive sustainable growth across creative, media, technology, and client service functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall business operations, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and profitability.
• Translate company vision and strategy into actionable operational plans.
• Oversee core functions including media operations, digital production, campaign delivery, technology, and client servicing.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, budgets, and performance metrics across departments.
• Streamline processes, improve workflows, and implement best-in-class operational practices.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration between sales, creative, media, and tech teams.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, contracts, and corporate governance standards.
• Support business development initiatives and strategic partnerships.

Requirements

• Proven experience of minimum 5 years as COO, Operations Director, or senior leadership role in a digital media, advertising, or marketing agency.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, media buying, content, and performance marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to scale operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
