Client : Amerix Hospital is a new-generation healthcare facility in Dwarka, Delhi, built with a simple promise:  Good people, good medicine harnessing spiritual energy with no shortcuts.


We combine cutting-edge medical care with a  patient-first, sewa-driven philosophy.  Every patient is treated with compassion, transparency, and dignity. We are now seeking a visionary  Chief Operating Officer (COO)  to lead our growth journey.


Role Overview

The COO will act as the  growth engine of Amerix Hospital  driving business development, marketing, doctor engagement, patient experience, and scalable operations.

This is not a conventional administrative role. We are seeking a  builder and leader  who can:

  • Grow patient volumes
  • Bring top doctors on board
  • Inspire and develop teams
  • Create systems balancing business excellence with compassionate care


Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Partnerships

  • Build referral networks with doctors, diagnostic centers, and healthcare providers.
  • Forge partnerships with corporates, insurers, and government programs (e.g., Ayushman Bharat).
  • Lead outreach initiatives to build Amerix’s visibility and trust.

2. Marketing & Patient Growth

  • Drive both digital and offline marketing strategies.
  • Position Amerix as an ethical, service-driven brand.
  • Convert inquiries into consultations and treatments with strong conversion strategies.


3. Doctor Recruitment & Engagement

  • Onboard leading consultants and full-time doctors across oncology, surgery, radiology, and supportive care.
  • Foster a culture of respect, collaboration, and recognition aligned with Amerix values.
  • Encourage doctor participation in tumor boards, patient education, and outreach programs.


4. Talent & Team Development

  • Recruit, train, and mentor managers and frontline staff (navigators, nurses, call center, marketing).
  • Build a performance-driven, sewa-based culture to retain and motivate talent.
  • Standardize communication and training to ensure consistent patient experience.


5. Patient Experience & Retention

  • Create seamless patient journeys with minimal drop-offs.
  • Implement patient feedback systems and grievance redressal mechanisms.
  • Develop patient loyalty and retention programs, including family engagement.
  • Uphold Amerix’s ethical care model (e.g., refundable consultation policy).

6. Operations & Compliance

  • Build scalable hospital systems for patient flow and support services.
  • Oversee daily hospital operations with focus on efficiency and consistency.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing and readiness for NABH accreditation.
  • Track, analyze, and improve operational excellence and patient satisfaction.


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience:  10-15 years in hospital leadership with proven success in  business development, marketing, and doctor engagement.  Exposure to corporate hospitals (Apollo, Max, Fortis, Medanta, or regional chains) preferred.
  • Skills:  Healthcare networks, marketing knowledge, patient acquisition strategies, and team building.
  • Mindset:  Startup builder, patient-first, ethical yet business-savvy. Able to balance  growth, culture, and systems.
  • Education:  MBA in Hospital/Healthcare Management or equivalent preferred.
