Hospital Administrator

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Centre Head Manager to oversee the daily operations of our eye care hospital. The ideal candidate should ensure smooth administration, excellent patient experience, and efficient coordination between medical and non-medical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily hospital operations, including OPD, surgery scheduling, billing, and reception.
• Ensure smooth patient flow and a high standard of patient care and satisfaction.
• Manage hospital staff (front office, housekeeping, nursing, etc.) and ensure discipline and efficiency.
• Coordinate with doctors, TPA desk, and insurance companies for smooth cashless operations.
• Monitor inventory, equipment maintenance, and housekeeping quality.
• Handle financial oversight — daily cash, billing summaries, and MIS reports.
• Implement marketing and promotional activities for hospital growth.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, NABH standards, and government regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
