Job Title: Chief Organization Development

Reporting To: Chief Executive Officer
Location: DHA Phase 8
Timings : 5PM - 2AM

Role Overview:

The Head of Organization Development will be responsible for providing strategic direction to the organization, ensuring sustainable growth, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement. This leadership role will focus on assessing and enhancing organizational structures, culture, policies, and practices to align with the company’s long-term vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction and thought leadership to support the organization’s mission, vision, and business objectives.
  • Design and implement organization-wide development strategies to drive transformation, scalability, and high performance.
  • Analyze and evaluate existing organizational policies, structures, and practices to identify areas of improvement and ensure alignment with best practices.
  • Lead the formulation and execution of change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic workforce planning, talent development, and succession strategies.
  • Champion a performance-driven culture by implementing frameworks that link performance with business outcomes.
  • Establish and drive organizational effectiveness metrics, benchmarking performance across departments and functions.
  • Oversee the design and integration of HR policies, learning and development programs, and organizational assessments.
  • Lead culture-building initiatives that support employee engagement, diversity, and a shared vision across the organization.
  • Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and adaptability in organizational design and policies.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment between departments and business units for cohesive strategy execution.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to optimize organizational structure, communication flows, and governance frameworks.
  • Prepare and present insightful reports and recommendations to the executive leadership team and board of directors.

Key Requirements:

  • Postgraduate degree in Organizational Development, HR, Business Administration, Strategy, or related field.
  • Minimum 10–15 years of progressive experience in organization development, HR strategy, or corporate transformation roles.
  • Proven track record of leading strategic organizational change and development initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and diagnostic skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build high-performance cultures and drive organizational growth.
  • Sound understanding of corporate governance, compliance, and policy development.
