KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Lead and execute Organizational Development (OD) initiatives to support a strong company culture, improve employee engagement, and drive business effectiveness.

· Identify training needs and manage end-to-end Training & Development programs, including planning, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of learning initiatives.

· Oversee Compensation & Benefits practices, ensuring market alignment, fairness, and compliance with internal policies.

· Collaborate with department heads to formulate and maintain up-to-date Job Descriptions (JDs) for all positions, ensuring clarity of roles and alignment with organizational structure.

· Support workforce planning and succession management by identifying key roles and development paths.

· Participate in the design and implementation of HR policies and practices that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.

· Promote a positive work environment through employee engagement activities and ongoing support to line managers.

· Ensure adherence to internal HR policies and compliance with local labour laws and statutory requirements.

· Contribute to cross-functional HR projects, including policy updates, employee communication strategies, and process improvements.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

· 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Organizational Development, Training, Compensation & Benefits, and JD formulation.

· Solid understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and strategic HR practices.

· Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
