About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR Departure In-Charge to join our team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and administrative duties to ensure smooth organizational functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment & talent acquisition efforts across all departments.
- Maintain and update employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Oversee HR operations, projects, and administrative duties.
- Manage payroll tracking and ensure timely processing.
- Monitor and maintain attendance tracking systems.
- Develop job descriptions and person specifications.
- Prepare job advertisements, review applications, shortlist candidates, and conduct interviews.
- Establish and manage a structured recruiting, testing, and interviewing program.
- Advise managers on candidate selection and conduct exit interviews to provide insights for improvement.
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of proven HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, HR operations, and labor laws.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities effectively.
