Job Summary:
As an HR Intern, you will be an integral part of our Human Resources team, gaining valuable hands-on experience in various HR functions. This internship is designed to provide exposure to the diverse aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to the success of our HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Participate in initial candidate screenings.
- Employee Onboarding:
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Assist in preparing orientation materials and conducting orientation sessions.
- Employee Relations:
- Collaborate with HR team members to address employee queries and concerns.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment through engagement initiatives.
- Training and Development:
- Assist in organizing training programs and workshops.
- Coordinate training logistics, including venue setup and materials preparation.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Support HR administrative tasks, such as filing, documentation, and data entry.
- Compliance:
- Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws.
- Support HR audits and maintain records for compliance purposes.
- General Support:
- Provide general support to the HR team in various projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with team members to accomplish departmental goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Fresh Graduates in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
