Job Vacancy: Chief Steward

We are currently seeking an experienced Chief Steward to join our team

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Chief Steward or similar role in a 5-star hotel
• Strong knowledge of kitchen hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP standards
• Proven ability to manage stewarding staff, schedules, and daily operations
• Experience in inventory control, equipment handling, and chemical usage
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily stewarding operations and ensure cleanliness standards are met
• Manage stewarding team performance, training, and discipline
• Ensure compliance with hotel hygiene, safety, and sanitation policies
• Coordinate with Kitchen and F&B teams to support smooth operations
• Monitor and control stewarding supplies and equipment

Preference:

• Candidates with 5-star hotel experience will be given priority

Location: Doha, Qatar
Availability: Immediate / As per notice period
