Responsibilities

• Develop and implement corporate strategies that align with the organization’s goals.
• Analyze market data to identify growth opportunities and competitive advantages.
• Work closely with senior leadership to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for strategic initiatives.
• Facilitate strategic planning sessions and ensure alignment across all departments.
• Communicate strategic initiatives to stakeholders and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Monitor industry trends and adjust strategies to maintain competitiveness.
• Prepare and present strategic plans and reports to the Board of Directors and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
• A minimum of 10+ years of experience in a strategic management role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategies in a corporate environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
