Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our Lithium Battery & Inverter Division. The ideal candidate will drive innovation, product development, and integration of lithium batteries, inverters, and solar PV systems. This role requires a mix of technical expertise, leadership, and strategic vision to shape the company’s technology roadmap.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead R&D in lithium batteries, battery management systems (BMS), and inverter technologies.

· Oversee design, development, and integration of battery storage with solar inverters and PV systems.

· Evaluate and implement emerging renewable energy technologies.

· Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and international standards.

· Build and lead a team of engineers and technical staff.

· Collaborate with leadership to align technology strategy with business growth.

Requirements

· Master’s (preferred) or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or related field.

· 5 years of relevant experience in lithium batteries, inverters, or renewable energy systems.

· Proven experience in R&D, product development, and system integration.

· Strong knowledge of inverter technologies (on-grid, off-grid, hybrid).

· Leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
