The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is responsible for leading the company’s technology strategy and driving its digital transformation journey with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP. The CTO plays a pivotal role in fostering innovation, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring scalability by overseeing the design, implementation, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics ERP across the organization.
As both a strategic leader and a technical authority, the CTO bridges business objectives with ERP capabilities, ensuring seamless system integration and sustainable long-term value creation.

Define and execute the company’s overall technology roadmap with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics ERP.

Align ERP and IT initiatives with organizational strategy and growth objectives.

Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies and their integration with Dynamics 365.

Lead the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and related modules.

Customize and configure Dynamics ERP to meet organizational requirements.

Ensure seamless integration with other business systems.

Oversee data migration, system upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Develop dashboards, reporting frameworks, and analytics to support executive decision-making.

Establish ERP governance, cybersecurity protocols, and compliance frameworks.

Ensure Dynamics ERP meets local and international compliance standards.

Implement role-based access and security controls within the ERP environment.

Build and lead an ERP/IT team with strong Microsoft Dynamics capabilities.

Provide training, guidance, and change management strategies to ensure user adoption.

Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Manage relationships with Microsoft, Dynamics implementation partners, and third-party solution providers.

Negotiate contracts and service-level agreements to ensure cost-effectiveness.

Stay updated on Microsoft Dynamics updates, releases, and ecosystem advancements.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).

8 - 10 years of IT leadership experience, including 4 years leading ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred) implementations.

Proven track record in managing large-scale Microsoft Dynamics ERP projects.

Strong understanding of business processes: Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Sales & CRM.

Expertise in system integration, data governance, and cybersecurity.
