Job Overview

Evolve BitX Tech is seeking a visionary and experienced Chief Technology Officer (Fintech) to lead technology strategy and innovation in a fast-growing fintech environment. This executive role is ideal for a technology leader with deep expertise in financial technology, systems architecture, and digital transformation.

The CTO will be responsible for driving innovation, overseeing technology operations, and ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performance platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute technology strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee development of fintech platforms, systems, and infrastructure.
• Ensure security, scalability, and compliance of financial systems.
• Lead engineering, product, and technology teams.
• Drive innovation in digital payments, financial systems, and platforms.
• Collaborate with leadership on growth and product strategy.
• Manage technology budgets, resources, and vendor partnerships.
• Monitor emerging fintech trends and technologies.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management in technology systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience in CTO or senior technology leadership roles.
• Strong background in fintech, financial systems, or digital platforms.
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
