Child Care Provider

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Child Care Provider to create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children of various ages. Responsibilities

• Provide attentive supervision and care for children during various activities, including playtime, meals, naps, and educational sessions
• Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote childhood development, early learning, and social skills
• Support children with daily routines such as diapering, feeding, dressing, and hygiene practices
• Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's progress, behavior, and needs
• Assist children with behavior management strategies to foster positive interactions and emotional regulation
• Collaborate with families and team members to create individualized care plans that meet each child's unique needs

Skills

• Proven experience in childcare, babysitting, or nannying with classroom or daycare experience preferred
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education techniques
• Ability to handle infants, toddlers, and children with patience, compassion, and professionalism
• Strong understanding of behavior management strategies to promote positive conduct
• First aid certification and experience working with individuals with disabilities are highly desirable
• Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and team members
• Familiarity with safety procedures related to childcare environments and caregiving best practices
