Paid Time Off (PTO & ESTA) – Rewarding Longevity

· 90 days-1st year Employees earn 1 hour of PTO for every 16 hours worked. Based on working 2080 hours a year, it equals an earned PTO of 131 hours.

· 1st-2nd year Employees earn 1 hour of PTO for every 14 hours worked. Based on working 2080 hours a year, it equals an earned PTO of 149 hours.

· 2nd- 3rd year Employees earn 1 hour of PTO for every 13 hours worked. Based on working 2080 hours a year, it equals an earned PTO of 160 hours.

· 3rd-4th year and Beyond Employees earn 1 hour of PTO for every 12 hours worked. Based on working 2080 hours a year equals an earned PTO of 173 hours.

Key Responsibilities

• New / Lead classroom operations for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years
• Maintain a structured, engaging, and safe learning environment
• Mentor and support assistant teachers
• Build strong relationships with families
• Uphold licensing and quality standards

Ideal Candidate

• Strong background in early childhood education
• Leadership mindset with a team-first attitude
• Professional, dependable, and highly organized

Preferred:

• New and 2+ years of childcare or teaching experience
• Experience in a teacher role
• CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood (preferred but not required)

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• Between 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Direct support from administration

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
