Job Description: Certified Child Assessment Specialist (Ages 3–5)
Role Overview
We are seeking a certified professional trained and accredited in early childhood assessments (e.g., WPPSI-IV, Bayley-4, ADOS-2, M-CHAT). The ideal candidate has direct, hands-on experience running these exams with children ages 3–5 and can help adapt them into a toy-driven and digital format. Your expertise will directly shape the first scalable digital platform for early detection of developmental conditions in millions of children worldwide.
Responsibilities

Adapt standardized exams into toy-based/digital equivalents with validated scoring frameworks.

Run workshops and pilot sessions with children, parents, and doctors to validate test design.

Identify developmental markers for delays, autism, language, and cognitive issues.

Advise on validation studies, parent feedback flows, and ethical testing standards.

Collaborate with product and design teams to ensure child-friendly, culturally sensitive methods.
Required Qualifications

Accredited examiner certification in administering standardized child assessments (WPPSI-IV, Bayley-4, ADOS-2, M-CHAT, or equivalent recognized program).

3+ years of direct experience administering these assessments with children ages 3–6.

Proven ability to work with children with developmental abnormalities or special needs.

Strong communication skills for guiding parents, clinicians, and cross-functional teams.

Commitment to child safety, ethical testing, and data privacy.
Preferred Qualifications

Medical background (Pediatrics, Developmental Pediatrics, or Child Psychiatry).

Experience with digital health, edtech, or early intervention projects.
Engagement Model
Flexible, advisory + hands-on role. Expected involvement is approximately 10–15 hours per month, including workshops, validation sessions, and guidance for the product team. Hybrid/remote collaboration with some child-facing sessions required.
