Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Childcare Center Director to lead and inspire our early childhood education community. Responsibilities

• Provide dynamic leadership to staff, including supervising teachers, administrative personnel, and support staff to promote a collaborative team environment.
• Develop and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate curriculum plans that support children's growth across all domains.
• Manage the center’s budget, including planning, monitoring expenses, and ensuring financial sustainability through effective resource allocation.
• Lead strategic planning initiatives to enhance program quality, expand community outreach, and achieve long-term goals.
• Oversee compliance with licensing regulations, health and safety standards, and accreditation requirements to maintain a safe and compliant environment.
• Foster positive relationships with families through regular communication, parent meetings, and community engagement activities.
• Coordinate fundraising efforts and community partnerships to support program enhancements and facility improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in education administration or management within early childhood or childcare settings.
• Strong background in curriculum development, classroom experience, and working directly with young children.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising staff and managing teams effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle budgeting, strategic planning, and operational oversight.
• Effective public speaking skills to communicate confidently with staff, families, stakeholders, and community partners.
• Knowledge of licensing standards, health regulations, and best practices in early childhood education.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
