Childcare Lead Teacher

Do you love watching little imaginations bloom? Do you believe the best learning happens through play, curiosity, and creativity? Mosaic Early Learning Center is looking for a Lead Teacher who is passionate about guiding children on their daily adventures of discovery!

As a Lead Teacher, you’ll create a classroom where children feel safe, inspired, and excited to explore. You’ll plan playful, engaging experiences, support a team of amazing educators, and partner with families to celebrate every milestone.

What you’ll do every day:

• Inspire learning through play, exploration, and hands-on experiences
• Lead a classroom full of curiosity, laughter, and wonder
• Guide and mentor assistant teachers and support staff
• Observe, document, and celebrate each child’s growth
• Build strong connections with families and the community
• Keep your classroom safe, nurturing, and full of possibilities

What we’re looking for:

• Experience working with young children in a preschool or early learning setting
• CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
• Creativity, patience, and a love for play-based learning
• Leadership skills and a collaborative spirit
• A joyful, curious, and warm approach to teaching

• Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule
• $17–$20 per hour, based on experience and education
