What You’ll Do!

We’re currently looking for just the right person to help care for and teach children ages 9 months through 2 years old, guiding them through daily rhythms of learning, play, rest, and spiritual formation in a clean, safe, and joy-filled environment.

As a BKA Teacher, you’ll play a meaningful role in shaping a child’s early years as you:

· Always Keep children safe (maintaining hands-on & line-of-sight supervision)

· Provide loving attentive care to every child

· Teach age-appropriate learning & social skills

· Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom (clean toys and entire classroom space)

· Support structured daily routines (snacks, learning time, play, naps, diaper changes, etc.)

· Communicate with love and kindness to everyone. (Children, parents and co-workers)

· Work as a team with your other co-workers and leaders.

Pay: (based on experience & role)

Shift Available: Day (somewhere between 6:30a–3:30p)
