Responsibilities

• Develop and implement dynamic, age-appropriate curricula that promote early childhood education, literacy, math, physical education, and social skills.
• Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and positive behavior management.
• Plan and execute engaging lessons tailored to diverse learning styles, including special education and early intervention strategies.
• Monitor and assess each child's progress through observations, standardized testing, and formative assessments to inform instruction.
• Foster strong communication with children, parents, and colleagues to support child welfare and ensure a collaborative approach to education.
• Manage classroom routines efficiently while maintaining safety standards in daycare or preschool settings.
• Support children’s developmental milestones related to childhood development theories such as Montessori or other pedagogical approaches.

Requirements

• Prior experience working with children in classroom or daycare settings;
• Knowledge of curriculum development, classroom management techniques, and behavior management strategies.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members.
• Ability to plan lessons that incorporate standardized testing methods and tutoring when necessary.
