Job Title: Child Care Teacher / Assistant Teacher
Location: Kids Connection Early Learning Center (KCELC)

At KCELC, we are committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years. Our team works together to support children’s growth, development, and well-being while building strong relationships with families.

What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking dependable, punctual, helpful, approachable, knowledgeable, and well-prepared individuals who are passionate about working with children. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to adapt as needed throughout the day.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety and supervision of children ranging from 6 weeks to 12 years old
• Abide by all state licensing regulations and company policies
• Communicate professionally and effectively with parents, guardians, and team members
• Support classroom routines and activities that promote learning and development
• Step in and assist wherever needed to maintain a smooth daily flow
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment

Qualifications:

• Previous child care or teaching experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to pass required background checks
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently when needed
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing needs throughout the day

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $10.00 per hour
