Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development
• Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times through vigilant supervision and adherence to safety protocols
• Implement behavior management techniques to encourage positive social interactions and emotional growth
• Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and outdoor play
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and team members to support each child's individual needs and developmental milestones
• Maintain a clean, organized environment that complies with health regulations and safety standards
• Support children with disabilities or special needs by adapting activities and providing personalized care

Skills

• Proven experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, or nannying roles
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices
• Certification in first aid and CPR to ensure quick response during emergencies
• Experience caring for infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children with patience and compassion
• Strong classroom experience or caregiving background that demonstrates effective behavior management techniques
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a nurturing individual approach
• Familiarity with working with children who have disabilities or special needs is a plus
