Job Title: Nanny / Childcare Provider
Job Overview: The nanny will be responsible for providing personalized and high-quality childcare, ensuring a safe, caring, nurturing, and stimulating environment in which the children can thrive and develop. This role includes meeting the children's physical, emotional, social, and intellectual needs within their home environment1.
Primary Duties:
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in care.
- Engage children in activities that promote learning and development, such as reading books, playing educational games, and aiding with homework.
- Supervise and structure daily routines to provide consistency and security2.
- Educate children on proper health and personal care habits, including exercise, diet, and personal hygiene.
- Organize and participate in activities that enhance the children's social skills and integrate them into the community.
- Facilitate skill-building activities that cater to each child's interests and developmental levels.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in childcare or a related field.
- Ability to provide one-on-one care and attention to multiple children.
- Energetic and able to engage actively with children in various activities.
- Knowledgeable in child development and skilled in creating age-appropriate educational and skill-building activities.
- First aid and CPR certified, or willing to obtain certification.
- Excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on patience and clarity.
