About the Role:

We are seeking a Chinese-speaking professional who can listen, speak, read, and write fluently in Chinese to assist our management team in daily communication with our Chinese owner and staff.
The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between local and Chinese management, ensuring smooth coordination and understanding across all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate verbal and written communication between Chinese and English/Urdu.
• Assist in meetings, discussions, and daily coordination with the Business Manager and Chinese management.
• Translate and draft documents, emails, and reports as needed.
• Support the Business Manager in administrative and communication tasks.
• Help in interpreting instructions and relaying messages accurately between teams.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure professionalism in all communications.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Chinese Language, Business, or related field).
• Previous experience working with Chinese nationals or companies is strongly preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer use.
• Organized, reliable, and able to work independently.

Preferred Qualities:

• Strong cultural understanding of Chinese work practices.
• Positive attitude and willingness to assist management as needed.
• Punctual, responsible, and detail-oriented.
