Position Summary

We’re looking for an upbeat, compassionate Chiropractic Assistant who loves to serve and teach. This role is ideal for someone with a background in healthcare or customer service who wants to make a meaningful impact every day.

Primary Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients with warmth and professionalism
• Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and answer questions
• Guide patients through treatment plans and therapies
• Take patient notes and assist with X-rays (certification not required to start—we’ll help you get there!)
• Handle billing, insurance verification, and basic accounting
• Support special office events and maintain a clean, inviting space
• Collaborate with the team to ensure every patient experience is exceptional

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a customer service or healthcare setting (insurance knowledge a plus)
• Organized, teachable, and adaptable with strong communication skills
• Positive attitude and love for helping others
• Spanish-speaking is a huge plus, but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
