Chiropractic Assistant

We’re looking for an energetic, people-loving person to join our team at Reed Chiropractic! If you enjoy helping others, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love building relationships, this could be the perfect role for you.

No prior experience is required—training will be provided. Chiropractic or healthcare experience is a plus but not necessary.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism
• Assist the doctor with therapies and patient flow
• Maintain organized and accurate patient records on Chirotouch
• Keep treatment room and front office tidy and welcoming
• Handle scheduling, patient check-in/check-out, and phone calls as needed
• Support the team with a positive, can-do attitude

Compensation & Benefits

• Paid Time Off: 1 week to start, with increases over time

• Monday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, 2:00 PM – 5:30 PM
• Thursday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, 2:00 PM – 5:30 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
