Duties

• Greet patients warmly, verify their appointment details, and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
• Collect and update patient information, including medical history and insurance details, using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
• Schedule appointments, follow-up visits, and coordinate patient flow to optimize clinic efficiency.
• Assist with intake procedures such as measuring vital signs, recording patient complaints, and ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.
• Manage phone calls, answer inquiries professionally, and direct calls appropriately to support seamless communication.
• Support clinical staff by preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing equipment, and assisting with basic procedures when needed.
• Maintain organized records of patient interactions, billing, and ICD (International Classification of Diseases) coding for accurate documentation. Requirements
• Prior experience in a medical administrative support role or clinic environment is highly preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and excellent communication abilities.
