Chiropractic Assistant (Vancouver, WA)

We are seeking a detail-oriented, dependable Chiropractic Assistant to support our clinical team and enhance the patient experience in a fast-paced upper cervical chiropractic office.

Schedule:
4 days/week (Monday–Thursday)
32–34 hours per week
8:45 AM – 6:00 PM
Occasional additional hours as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Real-time clinical documentation in the Electronic Health Record during patient visits
• Accurate recording of provider-dictated examination and treatment notes
• Assign appropriate CPT and ICD-10 coding for services rendered
• Assist with clinical documentation, referrals, and insurance pre-authorizations
• Perform and document radiological examinations (within scope/training)
• Support front desk operations as needed (phones, scheduling, check-in/out, payments, insurance verification)
• Maintain accurate data entry, scanning, and record management
• Provide excellent customer service and patient communication
• Triage patient questions and direct them to appropriate staff

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Comfortable with electronic health records and data entry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Willingness to learn clinical workflows and coding processes
