Chocolate Maker

*May responsible for the whole process from start to finish, from devising a recipe, through to making the product. Leveraging the essential production skills of the trade, including tempering, dipping, moulding, decorating and sculpting, they will make individual chocolates, including truffles and those filled with fruit, caramel, coffee or liqueur, chocolate bars and chocolate confectionery, and all manner of chocolate-based desserts including entremets, tarts.
